Posture
One of the most common problems in choir with regards to posture is finding the correct balance.
Correct standing posture can be built in the following way:
1. Feet should be shoulder-width apart
2. Knees are loose (not bent, not rigid)
3. Hips are aligned over the ankles and the pelvic bone should be level
4. The arms are hanging loosely on the side of the body
5. The spine should be completely vertical, without bending forward or backward
6. The shoulders should be low, and slightly back to open the rib cage
7. The head should be balanced over the neck and shoulders
